In order to meet your business objectives we will understand your business issues, select the right proven tools and pull them together with experienced consultants into a project tailored to achieve your goals. The project may range from a few days support and advice, through to model building and establishing the experimentation framework or using the developed model to analyse and suggest a range of improvements. Alternatively we can produce applications, using simulation as the enabling technology to create an operational application for repeated use.

The project is undertaken using a proven methodology. Throughout the project the client is kept abreast of progress through a formal milestone review process, allowing you, the client, to gain maximum feedback to the results and findings of the project. Of course project size ranges from just a few days to many months but in each case communication is kept clear and appropriate.

Key to any successful project is the appropriate use of data and the successful interpretation of results. Saker utilize market leading statistical analysis tools to analyse data for use in the model and analyse the results using proven statistical techniques to ensure both accuracy of results and the correct interpretation.

The end product may be a report identifying key decision points, alternatives and relative values or it may be a tool which you and your staff can use operationally to make decisions. In either case the solution will be tailored for you and your specific situation. As the graphical communication of results is often critical to the successful implementation of the results, AVI's of specific model scenarios can be produced for distribution or placement on the companies intranet. Where the output required is a tool for non simulation specialists to use, in order to evaluate different alternative strategies, we can utilize Saker's internally developed interface framework which allows the rapid customization of an Excel based front end to give a tailored user interface to import data and vary model parameters. At the same time the Saker interface framework incorporates scenario analysis tools which allow the non experienced simulation user to rapidly and accurately analyse various scenarios.
